Campaign and Event Specialist CRO

About the role: 

• Campaign briefing and execution: brief, follow-up and implement campaigns, in line with marketing strategy and sales plans; coordination of media plans and content, approval and implementation in timely manner.

• Content Development: create and adapt marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website updates. Including ad hoc translation and text localization.

• Event Coordination: briefing, planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches to engage customers and showcase new models.

• Digital Marketing: online advertising campaigns and always-on approach (Google Ads, social media platforms), SEO efforts, and website performance to maximize reach and engagement.

• Reporting and performance analysis: track, report and present on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to recommend improvements for future initiatives.

• Collaboration: work closely and support PR team, sales team, product team and BYD Dealers and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.

• Budget Management: assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

• Monitor BYD activities as well as Dealers activities and competitors.

• Be a brand ambassador, a solid team-player and work always with the customer in mind

Required experience:

• 5 years of experience in marketing communication, automotive is a plus

• Experience in working with creative and media agencies

• Full understanding of all advertising channels, online and offline, together with KPIs and metrics

• Experience in event management and car handling for press conferences and other events

Required skills:

• Knowledge of Croatian and English

• Exceptional communication skills

• Team work

• Powerpoint, excel and other office tools

• Driver’s license B category
