Refund Policy

1. Job posting packages
Job posting purchases are non-refundable once the listing has been published on the platform.
If your listing has not yet been published (still in review or draft), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Technical issues
If a technical issue on our end prevents your job from being published or displayed correctly, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours of your report, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. Duplicate charges
If you are charged more than once for the same listing, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@ecoroles.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
