M&A and Financing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Assist with financial analysis, financial modelling, and company or project valuations.
• Support due diligence by collecting, organizing, and reviewing financial and business information.
• Help prepare presentations, investment proposals, and reports for management.
• Assist with preparing documents for financing applications and discussions with banks and financial institutions.
• Support the monitoring of financing arrangements, repayment schedules, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers to gather information and track progress.
• Maintain transaction records, databases, and supporting documents.
• Perform other assigned tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
